1. Use of AI in AIOS


  • Analysis and Recommendations: We use AI to analyze organizational data, such as objectives (OKRs) and blockers in the organizational structure. AI provides automated recommendations to optimize processes and align teams, suggesting possible solutions and areas for improvement.

  • Meeting Management: AIOS facilitates weekly “pulse” meetings, generating transcriptions, automatic summaries, and key action points. AI assists in creating agendas and identifying critical issues for organizational performance.

  • Tracking Objectives and Tasks: AI monitors the progress of OKRs and assigned tasks, detecting potential blockers or challenges. Based on identified patterns, AI offers suggestions to address these blockers efficiently.

2. Purpose of Using AI


The purpose of using AI in AIOS is to optimize organizational efficiency through:

  • Automation of Organizational Processes: Reducing administrative burden through automation, allowing teams to focus on higher-value strategic activities.

  • Continuous Improvement: Facilitating a continuous improvement cycle in the client's company by early identification of problems and recommending solutions.

  • Alignment and Transparency: Ensuring that teams are aligned around organizational objectives, providing an ethical and transparent framework for decision-making.

3. Data Used by AI Systems


AIOS processes the following types of data so that the AI system can generate relevant recommendations and analyses:

  • Data on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs): Information on goals, expected outcomes, and specific objectives provided by the client.

  • Blockers and Issues: Data on blockers that hinder the achievement of OKRs and possible barriers identified in organizational processes.

  • Data on Tasks and Progress: Information about assigned tasks, their completion status, and any difficulties encountered.

This data is collected and processed with the client's consent and is maintained under strict security measures. The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of optimizing the client's organizational processes, as well as the explicit consent provided when starting to use AIOS.

4. Right to Human Intervention


AIOS respects users' right to request human intervention in important automated decisions. If any automated recommendation made by AI has a significant impact on the organization or resource allocation, the user may request:

  • Human Review: An AIOS consultant will review the automated recommendation or decision.

  • Detailed Explanation: We provide a clear explanation of the AI's criteria and the analysis conducted to arrive at the recommendation.

  • Option to Reject or Adjust: Users can choose to adjust or reject any automated recommendation that they deem unsuitable for their organizational objectives.
